Giffgaff 国内用户被停服后续：携号转网与余额退款实测教程

博主曾经推荐过：Giffgaff英国电话卡使用指南：激活、资费与保号技巧

由于该卡无需实名，保号超便宜，并且是英国号码，能开通Google Voice等等优点。深受大家的喜爱！不过Giffgaff 也逐步收紧政策。

25年11月：Giffgaff可邮寄发货国家和地区已移除：中国、香港、卡塔尔、土耳其、美国。

26年02月：随着Codex桌面版推出，GPT用户持续增高。官方针对触发风控的用户要求验证电话号码，但中国内地，香港，澳门的电话卡均无法验证。导致Giffgaff的需求用户进一步增多。

26年07月：官方突发邮件通知，在英国以外长期使用的卡要终止服务。随后没几天基本上国内所有的Giffgaff卡均已无法使用。不少用户选择将号码转出到CTExcel。

In line with our terms and conditions, our services are intended primarily for use within the UK, with roaming provided for short-term travel only. As your usage pattern suggests extended or permanent use outside the UK, your account no longer meets the eligibility requirements for the service. As a result, your service will be disconnected shortly, and any associated access will cease.

26年08月：可能是迫于大量用户各个渠道投诉。毕竟这个Giffgaff卡首充了10英镑。Giffgaff 又发送通知，部分用户"临时"恢复服务。

申请退款？

哪些童鞋适合申请退款？

1，已将号码转出到其他运营商，赶紧申请退款，不用墨迹。

2，停止服务后一直没给恢复的童鞋，赶紧申请退款，不用墨迹。

3，号码没有绑定重要服务，长期吃灰？可看情况申请退款。

目前 Giffgaff 只能原路退款，也就是只能退款到激活SIM卡时使用的信誉卡。如该信誉卡不在了？那看联系客服能否解决吧。

携号转网

如童鞋的 Giffgaff 号码比较重要，比如绑定了Codex，目前Codex不能换绑定号码。可以考虑携号转网。

大部分童鞋都转入到CTExcel了！

简要步骤：

1，访问：https://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details 申请PAC码（有效期30天）

2，访问：https://51.ruyo.net/ctexcel 购买套餐以及SIM卡。价格不便宜（22英镑180天），有时候有活动能便宜一些。

3，然后按将Giffgaff号码转入到CTExcel

好处，保留原号码，缺点保号贵！目前一年需要44英镑。

不过CTExcel之前的套餐价格是22英镑一年，还叠加了一个5折优惠，算下来每个月1英镑左右。这种活动可遇不可求。

退款步骤

1，访问：https://www.giffgaff.com/support/questions  点击 【Ask an agent】，不要再社区发帖退款没有用。

2，点击右下角消息图标，按向导选择，最后输入：refund of remaining airtime credit

3，最终可见一个表单，填写表单提交即可！表单内容可参考下面。

My giffgaff mobile number has been deactivated by giffgaff, and I am no longer able to use the service.

I would therefore like to request a refund of all remaining unused airtime credit on my account.

If there is also any unused balance remaining on my plan, please review this and refund any eligible unused amount as well.

As the service was deactivated by giffgaff and I can no longer use the remaining credit, please refund the outstanding balance to the original payment method.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to process the refund.

如果童鞋的 Giffgaff 已恢复服务，能正常收发短信。可继续观望。

如果号码绑定了重要服务，可每30天申请一次PAC码（转网需要）。

毕竟，Giffgaff 保号还是便宜一些呀！！如后续官方再给停止服务，再尝试申请退款也可以。

不过官方关于退款有个规定：如果你的卡已经因为长期不用而被停用，通常要在停用后 30 天内联系 Agent 申请剩余余额退款；超过 30 天，未使用余额可能无法追回。
